Our combined 30 years of experience in the mental health field working in various settings and populations allows us to offer a holistic view of mental health counseling that focuses on the individual's goals and needs.
We offer a wide range of services, where we partner with you directly to develop realistic and achievable treatment goals. Each individual shows up with unique and deeply personal experiences and strengths that we will weave into positive outcomes.
We promise to support you through each step of the therapeutic process. We strive for open and honest professional relationships from the moment we schedule your consult, to the day of successful discharge.
We believe in meeting clients where they are at, and we have found that in this new era of counseling telehealth provides a comprehensive treatment approach that allows individuals to make progress on their mental health in the comfort of their own homes with little to no barriers to successful therapy. We follow all appropriate HIPPA privacy practices to ensure your privacy along the way.

From Jesse on the Young Adult Population: "Working with young adults has been the highlight of my career. This is the time of life where you are transitioning from dependent to independent, from 'child' to 'adult,' and the world is changing so quickly. Developmentally, this is also the time of life where your brain is completing it's finishing touches on your brain, personality, and overall capacity for wellness. I find it to be one of the most exciting and powerful times to start your therapeutic journey, setting aside time for your wellness, and taking control of your future. That being said, it is also the time of life where many start to notice their ability to cope is a bit more challenging, when childhood wounds are searching to be healed, and the time of life where mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression start to present themselves. Working with these issues is such a passion of mine, as I thoroughly enjoy working side by side with people to harness their hope and use it to grow into strong, independent, and well rounded individuals."

Finding comfort in being able to work through their trauma or other issues in their safe space surrounded by the comforts of their own home, without the barriers of transportation or time constraints. Our counselors have been able to develop relationships via telehealth just as effectively with clients in person. Any concerns can be discussed in your free consult with one of our counselors.

If we are unable to meet your needs, we would be happy to provide you with a referral for appropriate level of care outside of our office.
