Our combined 30 years of experience in the mental health field working in various settings and populations allows us to offer a holistic view of mental health and trauma counseling that focuses on the individual's goals and needs.
We offer a wide range of counseling services, where we partner with you directly to develop realistic and achievable treatment goals. Each individual shows up with unique and deeply personal experiences and strengths that we will weave into positive outcomes.
We promise to support you through each step of the therapeutic process. We strive for open and honest professional counseling relationships from the moment we schedule your consult, to the day of successful discharge.
We believe in meeting clients where they are at, and we have found that in this new era of counseling telehealth provides a comprehensive treatment approach that allows individuals to make progress on their mental health in the comfort of their own homes with little to no barriers to successful therapy. We follow all appropriate HIPPA privacy practices to ensure your privacy along the way.

This is a free 15 minute counseling consultation with one of our counselors to determine your individual goals and therapeutic needs and appropriate fit for a counselor within our office.
This is a 90 minute session with your counselor where they review the therapeutic process, our office protocols and review our counseling process and relationship. We will obtain your history, back ground, identified concerns, and you will collaboratively develop treatment goals.
Counseling sessions will last 50 minutes and will be scheduled at the frequency determined by you and your counselor. This is where you will work on your identified treatment goals with your counselor, utilizing a variety of different techniques and interventions.
This is a very specific type of trauma counseling therapeutic style in which both of our counselors are trained. This technique is an evidence based practice used to resolve different forms of trauma. This is not a traditional talk based therapy.
